- On or about 27-Feb-96 09:43:54 chayou typed the following words about "Iomega
- zip 100 drive". My reply is thus...

-
- c> I have installed the subject drive, and am able to use it, but...
- c> the drive will not recognize a new disk. I have formatted all disks with
- c> same name and only one partition. I am talking about an A3000 25 meg. mac
- c> I has been suggested that the A3000 has a defectime SCSI chip. Does
- anyon
- c> know anything about this?
-
- AFAIK, the ZIP will not recognize disk changes. At least mint doesn't here.
- You have to use the diskchange command. My ZIP drive is DZ0: so I issue the
- following command whenever I change disks.
-
- diskchange DZ0:
-
- Actually I have it assigned to one of the function keys.
